Apple Music or Spotify?

For years our Product Director swore by Apple Music, claiming its price and perks were exactly what he needed to stream music.

Now, when the price finally went up recently for his subscription , he started looking at Spotify again. He cancelled his subscription for Apple and tested the Spotify platform.

He chose 3 artists on setting up his profile. Within seconds … playlists were created for him that matched his music taste. While some of the songs weren’t perfectly matched, he was amazed he could get in the car and just listen to a list. And as he listens , Spotify gets cleverer and cleverer, fine-tuning future playlist choices.

The app’s colours are also perfect on the eye, and the navigation isn’t clunky.

Whilst you can create playlists in Apple, the simplicity and speed of Spotify features is what has made him stick. When you’re in the car, the display also changes, so you aren’t distracted with the urge to touch your phone!
