Digital presence and what it could mean for your business

We recently spoke to an independent elderly care home provider. The service they provided their residents was indeed absolutely second to none.

However, when we dug a little deeper into the operation of the business, we found that their operation was operating at only 60% #capacity despite having a solid reputation in the market.

When we ran a simple Google search for the business, we just about found the listing. But to our surprise there was no website, no email address or related content. We also realised there wasn’t a clear #brand strategy in place, even for #print #media. We immediately identified key basic opportunities that would be able to grow the business:

-Clear web, #social media, and #LinkedIn presence, a must for any business

-#Brand pack - refreshing the brand guidelines with a clear colour scheme, typography and logo across all print and #digital #touchpoints

-#SEO and #paidsearch - ensuring the business is marketing in the best way to reach capacity.

We suggested a phased approached which would contribute to growth within the business.
